Our focus is on sales, customer relations, and business growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a sales-driven, highly communicative, and organized Virtual Assistant to support cold calling, appointment setting, and customer relationship management. Your primary focus will be outreach to leads and past clients, handling follow-ups, and ensuring great client experiences.
If you are confident on the phone, great at building relationships, and proactive in sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
? Cold Calling & Sales Outreach (Top Priority)
• Contact potential and past clients to generate interest and book meetings.
• Call local contractors to introduce and sell our corporate collaboration program.
• Handle lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and post-call tracking.
• Track conversion rates and report on successful appointments.
? Customer Relations & Follow-Ups
• Provide regular updates to clients during ongoing projects.
• Check in with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage and track loyalty/referral programs to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor key client milestones (e.g., project anniversaries) and send personalized messages.
? Basic Admin & Sales Support (Nice to Have, Can Be Trained)
• Keep CRM updated with leads and follow-up notes.
• Assist with basic quote creation using Canva & ChatGPT.
• Organize contracts, change orders, and essential documents.

Who We’re Looking For

? Ability to Work During Los Angeles (Pacific Time) Business Hours.
? Organized & Detail-Oriented (Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and progress).
? A Positive & Proactive Attitude (Takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment).

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Trello, Monday, etc.)
