Visual Merchandiser

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Responsible for creating an engaging and visually appealing shopping experience that attracts customers, drives sales, and enhances brand identity. This role focuses on strategic store layout, eye-catching displays, promotional graphics, and community engagement to optimize the store’s presentation both online and offline. The position coordinates with the marketing department, administrators, and employees for mutual concern.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? College graduate with a major in graphic arts, commercial arts, architecture closely related art field
? With proficient knowledge and at least 2 (two) years of experience in visual merchandising and graphic preparation of art designs
? With knowledge and skills in all software of graphic design principles, video photography, color separation, and printing procedures
? With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
? Demonstrate personal attributes to confidentiality, standard of conduct, respect, flexibility, sensitivity, and other related work ethic
