HIRING FULL-TIME VIDEO EDITOR

We’re looking for a high-level, full-time video editor who is proficient in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro—no CapCut or other entry-level software. This role requires versatility, as you’ll be editing both short-form and long-form content across multiple styles. We need someone who values efficiency, quality, and creative execution while maintaining fast turnaround times.

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro (CapCut and similar software will not be considered).
Versatile editing skills to handle different styles and formats.
Efficiency & organization—we need someone who can meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strong Internet Connection—must have fast and reliable Wi-Fi to handle large video files.
Weekend Availability—willing to work weekends as needed.
Clear & Proactive Communication—we expect over-communicative teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who keep us updated.
Advanced English Proficiency—must understand and execute complex instructions.
Initiative & Problem-Solving Skills—ability to take direction and think independently.
Slack for Team Communication—must use Slack for seamless collaboration.
Compensation & Growth:
Short-Form Content: $10-12 per reel
Long-Form Content: $Upgrade to see actual infoper video
These rates are non-negotiable.
Full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
