We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing apparel print shop. This role is critical for ensuring smooth communication with clients and keeping the workflow organized. You will primarily assist with customer service, scheduling printing jobs, and light operational tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small business setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Schedule printing jobs based on client needs and production timelines
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients about order status
Day-to-Day Operations
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with inquiries.
- Respond to customer
- Receive art files from clients and process them for production. This includes using web tools to convert designs as needed — don't worry, we will train you!
- Find interesting companies and company owner information for our sales team.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills — we would love you to grow into an operations manager role over time.
- Interest in apparel production (custom t-shirts and other items) will be helpful.
