Web Designer / Graphic Designer - Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop

Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer / Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling web pages, marketing assets, and user interfaces while ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms. This position requires expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to create high-quality designs that enhance user experience and engagement.

Working Hours:
- At least 2 hours within the 8 AM - 5 PM MST timezone. Additional hours can be outside of these core hours.

Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and responsive web pages, landing pages, and UI components using Figma
- Create marketing assets such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials
- Develop visual mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and optimize visuals for performance and accessibility
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs in web applications
- Modify and enhance existing designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Work with the marketing and product teams to design conversion-optimized landing pages and UI elements
- Maintain version control and documentation for design assets
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in web and graphic design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices
- Experience designing responsive layouts for websites and applications
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts (not required but a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
