Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue growing and succeeding. Who will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their signage needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitive estimates to current & prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and close deals.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in Upgrade to see actual info and other related apps/ drive.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the signage, printing, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Proficient in using Upgrade to see actual info, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
