A dedicated Mary Kay Consultant is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, customer engagement, and social media management. This is a full time, long-term remote position (EST hours) 

Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle:
????Facebook Group Management – Posting content, engaging with members, and managing communication in two groups (customers & team).?
???Facebook Growth – Joining relevant Facebook groups and inviting potential clients to connect.
?? Content Editing & Posting – Receiving raw video footage, editing, and posting it on social media
.?? Customer Communication – Engaging with customers via messages, comments, and emails
.?? Weekly Customer Outreach – Sending weekly email and text updates (repurposing existing content).?
? Team Communication – Sending weekly email and text updates to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.?
? Copywriting & Design – Writing engaging copy and creating visuals for emails, social media, and promotions using Canva.?? Appointment Outreach – Reviewing Facebook friends list and inviting potential customers to book an appointment.?
? Flyer Creation – Designing promotional materials in Canva.?
? Other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Skills:
???? Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.?
???? Tech-savvy – Comfortable using social media, email marketing tools, and editing software.?
???? Excellent English communication skills – Both written and verbal.?
???? Social media expertise – Experience in content creation, engagement, and group management.?
???? Basic video editing skills – Ability to edit short videos for social media.?
???? Canva proficiency – Ability to design professional and visually appealing content.?
???? Good time management & attention to detail – Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.?
???? Passion for beauty & skincare – Values taking care of their skin and enjoys beauty products.?

Compensation & Benefits:
