Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – Real Estate CRM Platform

Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and user experience of our CRM platform across multiple devices and browsers. You will review screen recordings, conduct manual testing, identify bugs, and provide feedback that will help us enhance our platform for real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Test our real estate CRM platform across different devices, browsers, and operating systems (desktop, mobile, tablets) to ensure seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
Review and analyze screen recordings and user interactions to identify issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Perform manual testing of new features, updates, and bug fixes before deployment.
Document and report bugs and issues using project management tools (e.g., freedcamp).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams to communicate issues and ensure timely resolution.
Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure new updates don’t introduce new issues.
Continuously suggest improvements to enhance the platform’s performance, usability, and reliability.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in SaaS or CRM platforms.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with testing web applications across various devices and browsers.
Experience reviewing screen recordings and identifying UX/UI issues.
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey issues and suggestions to technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or experience testing real estate platforms is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have:
Experience with automation testing tools.
Familiarity with API testing.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or other web technologies.
