We are a high volume sports ticket seller located in the United States. Our team is expanding and I am looking for a rockstar employee to assist with Inventory Audits, credit card reconciliation, and order fulfillment!
The hours for this job are based on EST (New York City) time. Expect to be fully ready to work between 10AM EST - 2PM EST. During this time you must be devoted to working on this company only.
Looking for an extremely detail oriented part time employee to assist our company in the following areas:
- Credit Card Auditing - Reviewing financial transactions to match our current inventory levels
- Inventory Auditing - Including reconciling inventory report sheets to current standing inventory
- Order Fulfillment - Fulfilling all orders accurately based on excel/system data - as well as reaching out to other parties to check on status of inventory
- Customer support - Responding to our 3rd party vendors with updates on order status
- Team communication - Working with our independent contractors to audit their work, and relay updates to myself and 3rd party marketplaces
Important - You must have the following skills to be considered for this position
- Prior accounting/audit experience
- Prior Inventory Management/Reconciliation experience
- Experience dealing with credit card statements to match inventory levels
- Excellent english (Important for communicating with all of our 3rd party employees/vendors)
