### About the Role
- We’re looking for a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to help us find top talent for Rock Paper Leads.
- You’ll manage job postings, build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
- This is a key role in ensuring we bring in high-quality hires who align with our company’s culture and goals.

- Remote (Philippines)
### Compensation
- US$10 per hour
- US$500 bonus per successful hire (paid after three months)
- Expecting 10-20 hours per week

### What You’ll Do
- Talent Sourcing – Build a strong pipeline from OnlineJobs.ph, SEEK, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Screening & Interviews – Conduct initial screening to assess culture fit, skills, and experience.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Operations – Maintain records in the ATS and provide initial hiring recommendations.
- Employer Branding – Be the face of the company to candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging hiring experience.
### Who You Are
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in SaaS or remote hiring.
- Strong communicator with excellent English skills.
- Detail-oriented & organized, able to manage multiple candidates and roles.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with ATS and job platforms.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of making quality hires.
