Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Qualification Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads, qualifying them based on specific criteria, gathering essential information, and transferring them to our sales team for further follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for driving sales success. This is a remote position, so a high-speed internet connection and proficiency in English are required. This position is from 8am-5pm PST
Key Responsibilities:
Contact warm leads to initiate conversations and determine their interest in our product or service.
Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess their needs, budget, and readiness to proceed with a purchase.
Collect and record key information from each lead in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales tea
Maintain and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound lead calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of leads and to help refine qualification criteria.
Meet or exceed lead qualification goals and performance metrics.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
Ensure a positive experience for every lead, representing the company’s values and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Strong phone presence with the ability to engage and qualify prospects effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations with ease.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems & Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
