Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to create engaging and relatable content that simplifies complex IT topics for our audience. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to take our messaging to the next level while ensuring it aligns with our brand’s goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, posting 3x per week
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft content that aligns with the company’s brand and messaging
- Take complex IT topics and translate them into easy-to-understand, engaging content
- Create and curate content that resonates with our audience and sparks conversation
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices to keep content fresh
- Track social media engagement and performance, providing regular updates on what’s working

Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging way
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Basic understanding of the IT/tech industry is a plus, but not required
