Innovation Building Group is South of Sydney based residential building company looking for a Virtual Assistant. The successful applicant will complete daily admin tasks to help our office run efficiently. You will work closely with our manager in a rewarding working environment. Your income will be based on your previous experience with the ability to grow with the company.

Administration tasks
• Personal assistant
• Social media video editing and creation
• Wix website management & upkeep
• Social media paid adds
• Email management & document filing and auditing
• Replying to sales enquires via email (sending questionnaire template)
• Appointment setting
• Create and management of Lookbook, WOW pack and Presentation of Quote documents

Position requirements
• Proficient with MS office (EXCEL, word etc.)
• Familiar with OneDrive
• Experience on Canva
• Wix
• Speak very good English
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Applicant must have a positive attitude.
• Able to identify the need, remove the barriers and add suggestions to improve.
• Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people
• Has good common sense and applied logic

What we can offer you:

• Flexible hours. Preferably align your time zone with as much of the Sydney timeline as possible. There will be very specific metrics to be met and you must be contactable within those hours.

• After 24 months of service, the possibility of all expenses paid, trip to Sydney Australia to meet us. Depending on profitability, we may be able to include a family member or two. This would be an incentive to work as hard as you can to grow the company
