Job Title: Social Media & Community Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

We run memberships, digital courses, and a growing online community. And now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, design-focused, and highly organized Social Media & Community Manager to help us grow and nurture our platforms!

Who You Are
You have a sharp eye for design, an intuitive understanding of social media trends, and the proactive energy to manage and engage with a thriving creative community. You’re familiar with major social platforms and know how to schedule content, repurpose posts, and use automation tools to keep everything running smoothly. Bonus points if you love art! ????

Responsibilities

???? Social Media Management
Schedule and upload content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, and pins
Edit minor graphics or videos (Canva & basic video editing)
Organize and timestamp YouTube videos for better viewer experience

???? Community Engagement & Support
Monitor messages, comments, and DMs, flagging anything important
Create engagement opportunities within our memberships (polls, prompts, shoutouts, etc.)
Support customer questions related to content access or community participation

???? Automation & Scheduling
Manage social media scheduling using platforms like Meta Business Suite & Pinterest Scheduler
Set up ManyChat automations for FAQs and engagement
Assist in organizing and tracking content performance

What You Bring
?? Strong design sense & attention to detail
?? Experience with Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok (scheduling & content strategies)
?? Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Opus Video)
?? Experience with social media automation & community engagement
?? Strong written communication skills in English
?? Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

? Bonus Skills: Experience with watercolor or art-related communities, knowledge of email marketing tools, or familiarity with membership platforms like Kajabi/Teachable.
