We are a dynamic & hard working team, who are looking for our next Relationship/Account Manager role to come & join us & be a part of our amazing journey.

The role involves dealing with customers post purchase. The successful candidate will be someone who is highly resilient, can focus when under pressure, empathize with customers & make the most of a bad situation, has a keen eye for detail and can pick up processes and systems quickly.

Role Overview:

Maintain and strengthen a company's relationship with its clients or business partners.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
Nurturing new relationships and maintaining existing ones
Identifying clients pain points and needs
Customer retention whilst balancing business needs and profitability
Prioritizing and responding to day-to-day queries from customers/VIPs
High Value Customer account Management
Customer Retention and reducing cancellations/CHURN
Proactive management of VIP/Problem orders
Responding to Customer queries via email, chat and phone in a timely manner
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Solid background in Customer service/support roles
What we offer:

Starting 35k - 45K, depending on work experience (Tax-Free!)
