We are looking for an experienced Account Representative to manage and retain client accounts, provide daily updates, solve problems, and maintain strong communication with our customers. - Address client concerns and collaborate with the team to resolve issues
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain open and ongoing communication via email, text, and calls
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust strategies as needed
- Identify opportunities to expand client services when appropriate

Qualifications

- Experience managing client accounts for a marketing company
- Fluent in English with a neutral accent (must submit a voice recording)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, or advertising is a plus
