Real Estate ISA

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, strong English communication abilities, and experience with YLOPO and FollowUp Boss.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers, responding to inbound leads.
• Follow up consistently with leads using YLOPO and FollowUp Boss.
• Qualify leads, gather information, and set appointments for agents.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up tasks within FUB.
• Provide exceptional customer service to nurture relationships and build rapport.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless lead conversion.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate inside sales or a similar role.
• Strong phone skills with a friendly, engaging, and professional tone.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with YLOPO and FollowUp Boss is required.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Compensation: $5/Hour M-F 9am-5pm est + $5 bonuses based on met appointments.
