Virtual Assistant (Setter) – Aligned Fitness

Remote | US-Based Company (PST Time Zone)
Pay: $3/hr ($576 USD base per month) + Future Commission Opportunities

Aligned Fitness is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (Setter) to join our team. This role is responsible for managing social media interactions, handling direct messages, and booking calls with potential clients. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, along with experience in lead generation and social media engagement.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries within 15 minutes or less
- Build relationships with potential leads and book calls for our sales team
- Sell potential clients through the DMs using our proven "Sell by Chat" method!
- Track and manage lead interactions using Upgrade to see actual info
- Utilize Google Drive for documentation and organization
- Process client payments and manage transactions via Stripe
- Assist in creating visual content using Canva when needed
- Follow the company's engagement strategy and maintain brand voice
- Stay up to date with social media trends to improve engagement and outreach

Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the fitness industry
- At least 1 year of experience with sales
- Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Stripe, Canva, and Upgrade to see actual info
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness or an active and healthy lifestyle is preferred
- Must be available to work 48 hours per week with the following schedule IN PST TIME (we are located in Las Vegas!):
- Monday to Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday (Fridays off)
- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30/8:00 PM PST (with a 30-minute break)

Compensation
- Base salary of $3 per hour ($576 USD per month)
- Opportunity to earn 1-2% commission on sales in the future, which could add an extra $200-$400 per month as we grow
