Kajabi Expert - Full Sales Training & Gamification Build-Out
Overview
We are creating a full sales ecosystem, not just a course. This requires a Kajabi expert who understands training, gamification, multi-media embedded throughout the page, and engagement strategies. Your job is to execute and enhance our structured plan—this is NOT just uploading content.
If you have ONLY built basic online courses, this is NOT for you. We need someone who can integrate learning via audio and video and written, for line by line in sales scripts, and gamify it with reward tokens or a scoring system and competition leaderboards, as well as quizzes and certification, and community engagement seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Content Integration and Structuring (Step A)
* The full module structure is outlined—you will integrate the material into Kajabi accordingly.
* Sort through 50+ documents I will provide and extract the correct material for each section.
* Identify missing content—document gaps, and I will fill them in while you continue building.
* This is Step A of the content integration—while you work on this, I will be recording roleplay calls. Once completed, you will be responsible for embedding them in the right places.
Sales Roleplay and Audio Processing (Step B - Once Content is Integrated)
* I will record one continuous track for roleplay calls and objection handling.
* Your job will be to split that recording into line-by-line segments and embed each line where it belongs in the training modules.
* There are 40 scripts, and each script has about 20 lines, meaning this requires consistent and structured embedding—but it must be seamless.
* Users will be able to:
* Listen to a full call as an embedded playlist OR
* Click through line-by-line for key takeaways, analogies, and frameworks.
* Ensure a smooth user experience where trainees can transition from one line to the next and fully engage with the content.
This is a detailed process, but it is also straightforward if done correctly. I want to make sure you understand this up front so that you're prepared.
Course and Training Setup
* Upload and format all written content from Google Docs and Excel into Kajabi.
* Embed video and audio (once provided) and ensure proper formatting.
* Set up seamless progression between lessons, using structured navigation.
* Build out mini-quizzes after each section to reinforce learning in a simple but effective way.
* Ensure that everything looks clean, professional, and easy to navigate.
Gamification and Engagement
* Integrate certification unlocks for progress milestones.
* Build leaderboards and engagement tracking inside the Kajabi dashboard.
* Set up a mini-quiz system before moving to the next section—fun, interactive, and thorough.
* The platform must feel simple and intuitive for users, but in reality, it is deep and comprehensive.
Community and CRM Integration
* I haven’t d
* Your role: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and user experience— then come up with a way so that when users complete certification on Kajabi, they can be automatically welcomed into the community (Slack/WhatsApp).
Gamification Elements Throughout the Course
I am designing this training to be highly engaging, competitive, and rewarding. The goal is to keep users motivated and ensure they actively apply what they learn.
Badges (Milestone Achievements)
* Users will unlock badges as they progress and demonstrate skills.
* Badges will be displayed on user profiles and will unlock access to higher-level training materials and competitions.
Leaderboards (Competition and Accountability)
* Quiz Performance Leaderboard ? Users ranked by accuracy and speed in answering quiz questions.
* Roleplay Upload Leaderboard ? Tracks recorded roleplay calls and peer-reviewed feedback.
* Sales Floor Leaderboard ? Tracks modules completed, quizzes passed, and other stats to compete.
Incentives and prizes will be given to top-performing members at key milestones.
Reflection Prompts (Self-Assessment and Accountability)?At critical points, users will complete:

* Fast and precise execution (must complete the build in 10-14 days).
* Strong attention to detail (everything must be structured and aligned with the vision).
* Proactive and communicative (provides updates, identifies gaps, and suggests improvements).
