In this role, you'll manage guest communications, handle inquiries, and oversee the day-to-day management of our property listings. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high occupancy rates, and supporting our overall property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communications:
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages across Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms.
Provide accurate information about property features, availability, and local amenities.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive guest experience.
Listing Management:
Create, update, and optimize property listings on various vacation rental platforms.
Monitor and maintain accurate calendar availability and booking details.
Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and property readiness.
Administrative Support:
Track reservations, cancellations, and occupancy rates.
Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics such as guest satisfaction, occupancy, and revenue trends.
Assist with digital marketing efforts by updating listing photos, descriptions, and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Virtual Assistant or Guest Communications role within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
Strong familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and similar vacation rental platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with scheduling tools, booking systems, and basic CRM software.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
A dedicated home office and reliable internet connection.
