Job Title: Virtual Assistant – CRM, E-mail & Social Media Specialist
(Bilingual: English & French)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time (possibility Full-Time later)

About Us:
We are a growing business looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage emails, calendars, social media, transactions, content creation, and client communication in both English and French. If you have expertise in Follow Up Boss and/or Go High Level, plus strong skills in email management and bilingual customer engagement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
???? Email Management: Organize, filter, and respond to emails professionally in English & French
???? Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and deadlines
???? Social Media Assistance: Manage posts, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers
???? Transaction Coordination: Handle documents, contracts, and follow-ups for deals
???? CRM Management: Maintain and update Follow Up Boss and/or Go High Level
???? Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups: Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media
???? Content Writing: Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media in English & French
???? Client Communication: Speak and write fluently in French & English to assist clients and prospects
???? Data Entry & Reporting: Track key metrics and organize client information
???? Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations and special projects
Qualifications:
? Fluent in both English & French (Speaking & Writing) – required for client interactions
? Proven experience with Follow Up Boss and/or Go High Level CRM
? Strong email and calendar management skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
? Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
? Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Experience with social media management and marketing tools is a plus
? Content writing skills for blogs, social media, and websites in both English & French
? Transaction coordination or real estate experience is a bonus
