JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to work on a project basis, creating various marketing materials that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality designs within specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations
• Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Design email marketing templates and newsletters
• Develop infographics to explain our services and processes
• Update and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Optimize designs for both digital and print media
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a graphic designer (2+ years preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Canva and other online design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience in creating social media graphics and marketing materials
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Basic understanding of healthcare or senior care industry (preferred)

Compensation
