About Us:
Braize is a fast-growing grilling accessories brand that sells high-quality products on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. We’re looking for an Amazon specialist who can help maintain and optimize our Amazon listings, handle flat file uploads, and provide strategic recommendations to grow our business.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Amazon Account Management – Ensure account health, troubleshoot issues, and follow best practices.
Flat File Uploads & Listing Maintenance – Manage bulk uploads, correct listing errors, and ensure accurate product data.
Keyword Research & Optimization – Improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon search results.
Inventory & Pricing Management – Track stock levels, suggest reorders, and monitor pricing strategies.
Competitor Analysis – Identify trends, track competitors, and suggest strategies to increase sales.
Amazon Support & Case Management – Handle support cases and resolve issues efficiently.
Data & Performance Analysis – Track sales trends, conversion rates, and make recommendations.
Suggest & Implement Strategies – Provide insights on how to increase sales, improve listings, and enhance operations.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
At least 2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience (flat files, listing management, troubleshooting).
Experience with bulk flat file uploads and resolving listing issues.
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and competitor analysis.
Ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Experience with Seller Support & Amazon case resolution.
