Senior Media Buyer
DealerSmart is a digital marketing agency for car dealerships that provides omnipresence advertising

We currently have 75 car dealerships under us and growing. Our vision is to reach 100 dealerships within the next 12 months, and maintain a VIP group with those 100 clients. We will use the extensive data captured across those 100 clients to optimize the perfect digital marketing system for dealerships.
You will be 1 of our 3-4 Senior Media Buyers focused on that goal of creating the perfect marketing system for car dealerships working directly alongside a dedicated Marketing Consultant and Media Buying Assistant.

As a Senior Media Buyer you would be responsible for managing client
You only need to have deep expertise on 1 of the advertising platforms, and we can train you on the rest which could be a great opportunity to level up your skillset.
You will work closely with the client success team to manage any technical issues that arise within client campaigns and accounts. You are also responsible for managing the back end systems and automations to ensure the entire fulfillment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a Senior Media Buyer you must be innovative and continuously think of new ideas and processes to help our clients increase their ROI. You need strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Compensation: starting at $36,000 / Year Salary (Based on experience & location)
This Role Entails:
Building and managing ad campaigns for 20-33 car dealerships ($50 - $333 / day each) with a proven process to minimize time per client and a media buying assistant.
Our client success manager(s) will handle the vast majority of communication with the client, you will only occasionally need to communicate with clients.
Building & managing
Monitoring and tweaking ad campaigns on a weekly basis
Continually innovating new methods to improve client results and systems
Building & managing lead connections/ automations through platforms like Zapier and Leadsbridge
Fixing technical errors as they arise within client ad campaigns and systems
Creating offers to attract and convert car buyers into qualified leads
Occasionally building/ optimizing landing pages to entice, qualify, and convert prospective customers
Occasionally writing new advertising angles and copy
Occasionally writing video scripts for clients to use for content creation
Occasionally writing text message /
Generating creatives to be used in our clients’ advertising (graphic designer help available if needed)
Working closely with the Client Success Team

What Success in This Role Looks Like:
Maintaining a cost per acquisition of less than $300 for at least 80% of your assigned clients that we have data on
Maintaining a cost per qualified lead under $15-25 for at least 80% of your assigned clients
Running split tests & testing innovative ideas to consistently reduce our clients’ average client cost per acquisition
