Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant - Long Term Position

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graphic Design VA to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). If you’re creative, organized, and looking for a long-term partnership with opportunities to grow, keep reading—this job could be the perfect fit!

REQUIREMENTS
-Good eye for design
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Availability to work Central Standard Time (CST), 9 am–6 pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating images on Canva and Photoshop
- Create videos
- Create Reels
- Managing & Publishing content on Social Media
-Other general data entry tasks

SOME OF THE TOOLS YOU’LL USE
Slack, Canva, Photoshop, Box

EXPERIENCE is preferred but NOT REQUIRED - YOU WILL BE GIVEN FULL TRAINING. We will provide full training so that you are connfident about how to perform the tasks assigned to you. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re confident and ready to succeed.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Shortlisted applicants will participate in a Zoom video call.

HOURS
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week. This must be your only job commitment.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary: $750/month
