We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Compliance Intelligence Engineer to develop and optimize next-generation compliance monitoring, regulatory intelligence, and predictive analytics platforms. Build machine learning models to predict compliance risks, integrating LSTMs, Monte Carlo simulations, ensemble models, and reinforcement learning techniques to create highly adaptive compliance strategies.
Develop automated risk mitigation tools leveraging deep learning and high-frequency compliance adaptation frameworks.
Train predictive analytics models to assess regulatory impact, financial risks, and market volatility.

Scalable Backend & API Development
Engineer scalable, high-performance backend systems using FastAPI, Django, and microservices architectures to support compliance intelligence workflows.
Develop high-throughput, event-driven APIs that process regulatory and financial data in real time.
Optimize data ingestion pipelines, integrating with third-party APIs, real-time regulatory feeds, and AI models for intelligent decision-making.

Cloud & Infrastructure Optimization
Architect highly scalable, multi-cloud AI deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring real-time responsiveness and security compliance.
Optimize Apache Kafka, Flink, and Kubernetes-based architectures for stream-processing compliance data.
Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes to enable modular, scalable deployment of compliance models and regulatory insights.

AI-Driven Financial Intelligence & Trading Systems
Develop quantitative analysis models for financial forecasting, integrating advanced trading algorithms and compliance risk assessments.

Apply reinforcement learning and predictive analytics to dynamically adjust financial compliance strategies.
Implement automated scenario analysis tools that allow institutions to run real-time regulatory stress tests and portfolio risk assessments.

Automated Compliance & Regulatory Adaptation
Build real-time compliance bots and AI-based legal assistants to analyze contracts, detect risks, and suggest optimizations.
Automate compliance workflow management using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Zapier, and AirTable.
Develop adaptive compliance scoring systems that integrate risk assessment, regulatory forecasting, and ESG compliance modeling.

Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Compliance
Implement penetration testing and network security measures for AI-driven compliance frameworks.
Harden AI-based compliance platforms against cyber threats, fraud detection, and financial crime risks.
Develop zero-trust security architectures that protect regulatory and financial data.

Who You Are:
10+ years of experience in AI/ML, backend development, automation, and compliance-driven data science.
Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Extensive backend development experience in Python, FastAPI, Django REST, Terraform, and cloud architectures.
Experience building real-time stream-processing systems (Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Spark).
Strong DevOps background in AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Financial and regulatory compliance experience in hedge funds, investment banking, or fintech regulatory intelligence is a strong plus.
Experience with AI-based legal analysis, compliance automation, and ESG frameworks is a plus.
