Branding & Strategy Development: Create and implement branding kits (logo, tagline, website, etc.) that align with our business objectives.
Social Media Management: Oversee content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to enhance our online presence.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation: Lead digital marketing campaigns and craft engaging content for social media.
Website & Online Presence: Build and maintain a user-friendly, conversion-driven website.
Ad Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach and return on investment.
Graphic Design: Design visuals using Canva, Photoshop, and other tools; video editing to complement marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and website design.
Mastery in graphic design and ad management on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
A passion for creative marketing and growth.
Must be eager to learn how to create and optimize marketing funnels.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: Starting at $4.50/hour, with Negotiable increase after 3 months.
Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses.
Work Schedule: Flexible! 4 days a week, 5 hours a day.
