TikTok Virtual Assistant | Refund & Ticket Submitter

? Work Hours: Flexible, but daily updates on a shared sheet are required

Job Responsibilities:
- Submit tickets to TikTok Support using provided scripts
- Monitor and update ticket statuses daily
- Respond to support tickets and follow TikTok Support's instructions (e.g., closing a Business Center)
- Maintain accurate and timely records in a shared tracking sheet
Requirements:
? Experience in a similar role (preferred)
? PC with a minimum of 16GB RAM (Mandatory)
? High-speed internet connection (Mandatory)
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
? Reliable and consistent with task completion and reporting
