JOB OVERVIEW

Mental Health Consulting & Coaching Practice seeks a Client Support Specialist who excels in providing world-class customer service. The Specialist navigates client inquiries with grace while answering questions regarding program enrollment, investigating technical issues, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. The Client Support Specialist provides real-time administrative support to the essential functions performed within the organization. The end result is to ensure that there is consistency, organization, coordination, and execution of the work necessary to ensure a positive customer experience and team cohesion.

To be successful as a Client Support Specialist, the individual also values relationship building and value-based communication. Responsibilities include:
Manage calendar for Executive Director/CEO
Upload and manage content and associated collateral for programs
Managing client communications via support inbox
Investigating and solving technical issues occurring within the Learning Management System
Identifying program needs and providing ongoing support
Overseeing third-party teams and providing feedback for collateral
Capturing Standards of Operations (SOPs)
Supporting sales leads into signature programs

Inbound and outbound calls as needed (ie, lead generation, client troubleshooting or follow-up, B2C or B2B)
Coordinate with -and support- Program coordinator, Operations, and Leadership team
All other duties as assigned
Customer Support Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in Customer Service
Strong telephone etiquette
Familiarity with project management systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to adapt to different personalities
