About Resideline
Resideline is an innovative platform designed to help investors discover profitable properties and access accurate rental estimates. As we integrate an AI real estate assistant across multiple real estate websites, we need an agile, well-rounded Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive outreach, conduct product demos, and launch impactful marketing campaigns—all while enabling the founder to focus on product strategy and development.

Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Specialist is a critical early?stage hire responsible for driving customer acquisition and market validation. You will execute outbound outreach on LinkedIn and other social platforms, run engaging demos and marketing campaigns, and generate leads through creative content and social media initiatives. We’re looking for someone who is agile, self-motivated, and results?oriented—with excellent English communication skills—to effectively showcase Resideline’s innovative tools.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach & Lead Generation:
Identify, research, and connect with potential customers on LinkedIn, industry forums, and social media channels.
Utilize CRM tools to build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and quality engagement.
Product Demos & Social Media Engagement:
Schedule and conduct live product demos that highlight Resideline’s AI tools and unique value propositions.
Leverage social media platforms to host webinars, live sessions, and interactive Q&A segments.
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including guest posts, blog submissions, and targeted social media ads, to raise brand awareness.
Produce compelling content that clearly communicates product benefits and resonates with our target audience.
Customer Engagement & Feedback:
Engage with early adopters to gather feedback on demos and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and product positioning based on user insights.
Performance Analysis & Strategy Iteration:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to optimize outreach and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Agility:
Work closely with the founder to ensure alignment between sales/marketing initiatives and overall product strategy.
Adapt quickly to market feedback and experiment with new approaches to maximize results.

Required Skills & Attributes
Proven Sales & Digital Marketing Experience:
Demonstrated success in executing outbound sales, social media marketing, and digital campaigns.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent English proficiency, to effectively present product demos and create persuasive content.
Analytical & Data-Driven:
Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Agile, Self-Starter Mentality:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and pivot strategies as needed.
Industry Awareness:
Interest or experience in SaaS, real estate, or AI technology is a plus.
Team Player:
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating closely with the founder to drive business growth.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $3 – $6 per hour (dependent on experience and performance)
Additional Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation, demo success, and conversion metrics.
