Having Recruiting experience would be AMAZING, as you could apply for the Senior Role, however you don’t need to know anything about recruiting or selling franchises before applying.

Role Overview
A Junior Recruiter & Franchise Appointment Setter will be focused on connecting with qualified prospects and scheduling appointments while training to become a Junior Franchise Consultant. No prior franchise sales knowledge, or executive recruiting skills required as there is comprehensive training provided.
If you are interested in our Senior Recruiter role the main responsibility would be establishing and managing client relationships and leading the candidate sourcing team.

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Appointment Setting
• Serve as primary point of contact for all incoming leads
• Screen and qualify inbound prospects
• Schedule qualified candidates with opportunity specialists
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Follow-up on sales presentations

2. Sales Support & Development
• Join closing calls for franchise/marketing mastermind candidates
• Establish new client relationships
• Learn and execute qualification scripts
• Support senior sales team

3. Business Development
• Grow recruiting client base through outbound calling on current hiring managers.
• Negotiate and close client service agreements

(FOR SENIOR RECRUITER) - Recruitment Leadership
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and team collaboration.
o Provides guidance and mentorship to candidate sourcing team to ensure quality standards.
o Leads and manages recruiters guiding them to use proactive sourcing techniques and managing their KPIs.
o Collaborates on job descriptions with hiring managers.
