About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious Virtual Video & Content Creation Assistant to support MILFPRENEUR, a networking and fashion brand for entrepreneurial moms, and a growing permanent makeup/beauty business.

The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, content creation, and brand storytelling, ensuring all content aligns with the distinct aesthetics of both brands. You will also play a key role in outreach for podcast guests, influencer collaborations, and affiliate partnerships to help expand brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing & Reels Creation (Top Priority)
• Edit high-quality videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Create engaging, fast-paced, and on-brand video content for both MILFPRENEUR and the beauty business.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all content.
• Content Creation & Brand Aesthetic
• Develop branded social media content (graphics, reels, short-form videos).
• Ensure all content stays true to each brand’s unique visual identity.
• Manage and organize a content calendar for consistent posting.
• Social Media Engagement & Strategy
• Optimize video content for engagement and reach.
• Research current trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and encourage community engagement.
• Podcast & Interview Outreach
• Research and reach out to potential guests for the MILFPRENEUR podcast.
• Schedule and manage communication for interviews.
• Assist with promotional content for new episodes.
• Affiliate & Brand Partnership Outreach
• Identify and contact potential affiliate partners and influencers.
• Pitch brand collaborations and maintain outreach follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and ability to maintain a consistent style.
• Experience with content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media trends and viral video strategies.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with outreach/networking.
• Passionate about beauty, fashion, entrepreneurship, and empowering women.
