We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our paid ad campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads. This role requires a proven track record of successful ad conversions and expertise in real-time ad optimization, analytics, and tracking. You will be responsible for handling ad payouts, setting up tracking tools, and maximizing ad performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage & Optimize Paid Ads – Oversee and improve ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google,
-Ad Payouts & Budget Management – Ensure timely payments and budget allocation across campaigns.
-Google Tag Manager & Tracking Setup – Install tracking codes on websites to measure ad performance accurately.
-Real-Time Optimization – Analyze campaign data and make adjustments to improve conversion rates.
-Creative Strategy & Psychology – Use ad creatives and video psychology to maximize audience engagement.
-Performance Reporting – Generate reports on ad spend, ROI, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven Experience – Strong history of running and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable success.
Google Tag Manager Expertise – Ability to install and manage tracking codes effectively.
Ad Platform Knowledge – Deep understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and
Conversion Optimization – Skilled in A/B testing, audience targeting, and real-time ad improvements.
Creative & Analytical Thinking – Understanding ad psychology and what drives engagement.
Proficiency in Analytics Tools – Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Excellent Communication – Ability to report insights and collaborate with the team.
