About the Role

We’re looking for a fast and efficient video editor to join our team. Your job is simple:
1. Social Media Editing – You’ll edit short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Most content will be shot already—you just need to clean it up, add captions, effects, and deliver it quickly.
2. Long-Form YouTube Editing – You’ll edit long-form YouTube videos and create shorter cuts for repurposing.

The key here is SPEED. We need someone who can work efficiently, batch-edit content, follow directions, and make exact copies as needed.

This is a role with growth potential, both in salary and responsibilities. If you can manage multiple projects effectively, there’s room to take on more.

Requirements

Strong experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or Final Cut Pro)
Fast turnaround time – You should be able to edit efficiently without sacrificing quality
Experience with social media editing (knowing what works for TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
Good communication and ability to follow clear instructions
Ability to batch edit and systemize workflow
Must include the word “ants” in your application (so we know you actually read this)

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)

Motion graphics experience (basic animations, lower thirds, etc.)
Thumbnail design for YouTube
Experience with AI-powered editing tools
