We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing efforts to grow revenue associated with the following activities:
Planning, organizing, and managing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion.
Develop creative digital marketing strategies for our multiple e-commerce brands.
Manage the implementation, execution, and performance of these strategies.
Achieve the set goals for delivering revenue growth associated with the marketing efforts you oversee.
Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with our design team and management team to create effective promotional content.
Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in managing marketing strategy and campaigns (including
Strong project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail while working in a remote role.
Analytics reporting/insights/analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
Conversion/sales content copywriting.
Media buying strategy/oversight/implementation.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Comms, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Marketing Management.
Certification in Digital Marketing: Certifications like Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, Amazon.
