We blend insightful conversations, expert-driven content, and innovative live streaming formats to create a unique experience for our audience. As we grow, we are looking for a YouTube Specialist to help us optimize and manage our YouTube presence, ensuring our content reaches the right audience and drives engagement.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a YouTube Specialist who understands YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, and best practices for growth. Your primary goal will be to increase visibility, engagement, and subscribers by optimizing our videos, thumbnails, metadata, and overall channel strategy. You’ll work closely with our content team to turn our live show into a YouTube powerhouse.

Responsibilities:
- SEO & Optimization: Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and engagement.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research on trending topics and relevant keywords to improve video rankings.
- Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to grow subscribers and increase watch time.
- Video Upload & Management: Ensure videos are uploaded correctly with compelling titles, descriptions, and metadata.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CTR, watch time, retention) and adjust strategies based on data.
- Thumbnail & Content Optimization: Work with designers to create compelling, high-converting thumbnails.
- Playlist & Channel Organization: Optimize playlists, end screens, and cards to improve user experience and retention.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitor strategies for insights.
- Monetization & YouTube Ads (Bonus): Experience with YouTube ads and monetization strategies is a plus.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing YouTube channels (preferably in live content or business/education space).
- Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, and best practices.
- Proficiency in YouTube Analytics and tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
- Strong copywriting skills for titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (a plus but not required).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a content team.
