Video Editor, B2B Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Freelance, 8-10 Hours/Week)

Overview:
We are looking for a video editor, scriptwriter, and LinkedIn content specialist who can create highly engaging, B2B-focused short-form videos and strategically grow our Upgrade to see actual infopany profile. This role requires someone who understands how to craft compelling hooks, script engaging B2B content, edit high-quality videos, and optimize content for LinkedIn’s audience.
This position is primarily focused on scripting and video editing (75%), with a secondary focus on LinkedIn growth and content strategy (25%).

Responsibilities:
- B2B Video Scripting & Editing (75%)
- Write compelling scripts for 20 short-form B2B videos (30 seconds each) per month, ensuring each video has a strong hook, engaging delivery, and a clear CTA.
- Edit 20 B2B-focused short-form videos per month, optimized for LinkedIn engagement.
- Incorporate jump cuts, captions, and light motion graphics (lower-thirds, callouts, animated text).
- Craft scroll-stopping thumbnails and preview clips to increase LinkedIn video engagement.
- Adjust aspect ratios, apply light color correction, and enhance audio as needed.
- Ensure all content aligns with B2B messaging, showcasing expertise, thought leadership, and industry relevance.
- LinkedIn Growth & Content Strategy (25%)
- Optimize and grow our Upgrade to see actual infopany profile by strategically posting video content and engaging with the right audience.
- Write engaging LinkedIn post captions tailored for a B2B audience with relevant hashtags and CTAs.
- Research and implement LinkedIn-specific B2B engagement strategies to maximize organic reach.
- Engage with industry professionals, clients, and prospects by responding to comments and tracking performance.
- Use LinkedIn analytics to assess performance, refine the content strategy, and suggest improvements.

Estimated Weekly Time Breakdown:
- Scripting & Storyboarding: ~3-4 hours/week
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: ~3-4 hours/week
- LinkedIn Strategy & Content Posting: ~2-3 hours/week
Total: 8-10 hours per week

Requirements:
1+ years of experience creating B2B video content (LinkedIn preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B messaging, audience pain points, and engagement strategies.
Ability to craft high-impact hooks and engaging storytelling for professionals.
Experience scripting and editing B2B-focused video content for thought leadership, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Canva Video.
Experience with animated text overlays, transitions, and captions.
Excellent English writing skills for scripts, captions, and LinkedIn engagement.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics and content performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithm and best practices for B2B growth.
Experience repurposing B2B content into different formats for LinkedIn.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Provided:
Training on brand messaging, LinkedIn strategy, and video workflow.
Access to scheduling and content management tools.
Brand templates, style guides, and pre-existing assets.
Hours & Compensation:
8-10 hours per week
$5-$8 USD per hour (depending on experience)
