We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling,
- Research and identify potential clients within the non-profit sector.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
- Proven ability to build relationships and connect with potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
