acquistions/dispositions in vacant land

This job involves calling back leads, creating rapport, building trust. This is a phone job - You will follow up with people who have called in seeking to sell their land based on a letter received or are looking to buy based on a listed property . This individual needs to be very organized, have a good sense of humor, be able to speak to anybody and be comfortable on the phone. This will be a part time position to begin with and will ultimately grow into full time. Absolutely must be a self-starter and be able to work individually. Must be highly organized.
