Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a growing business specializing in custom printed promotional products. We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us grow our online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. If you're passionate about social media marketing, creativity, and want to be part of a small but exciting company, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor and engage with our community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers or identify opportunities for user-generated content to expand reach.
- Help maintain a consistent and creative brand identity across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Creative skills to design and create engaging posts, with knowledge of tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Ability to analyze and report social media performance using analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail. (English)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

- Compensation: $3-$4 per hour (Based on expertise and experience).
- Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Hours are flexible)
