We're looking for a video editing enthusiast to join our team and work on some seriously exciting projects, including content for the Kash Believes Podcast (check us out on YouTube!). We're talking dynamic edits, eye-catching transitions, exciting storytelling, and a chance to truly make an impact.

This isn't your typical corporate gig. We're all about fostering creativity and helping budding creators like you flourish.

What You'll Be Doing (the fun stuff):
- Become a video superstar: You'll be helping us make our videos awesome! Think snappy cuts, cool transitions, and making the story pop, just like our podcasts!
- Work on all kinds of projects: From long podcast episodes to short, fun clips, you'll get to do it all!
- Join the crew: You'll be part of a team that's just as excited about videos as you are.
- Level up your skills: We'll help you become a video editing pro! You'll learn new stuff and get better every day.
- Plus points if you enjoy editing YouTube thumbnails!

What You'll Need (the essentials):
- A genuine passion for video editing with a hunger to learn.
- Familiarity with CapCut and other video editing tools (Adobe After Effects is a plus!).
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
- A basic understanding of storytelling, video pacing, and engagement tactics.
- A keen eye for detail and design.
- A portfolio of your work, even if it's just passion projects. Show us what you've got!

Here’s a bit more about the role and its benefits:
- Base Pay: $480
- Opportunities for Growth and Rewards: Consistent, high-quality performance can lead to career advancement, raises, and bonuses.
- Holidays: We observe and accommodate Philippine holidays.
- Flexible Schedule: Typically 2 PM to 10 PH time, Monday to Friday, but we can adjust based on availability.
