Marketing Assistant for a Real Estate Agent

I need an assistant for all things marketing: Website maintenance, Newsletters, blogs, video editing for YouTube videos, CRM outreach with KVCORE. New listing and under contract email blasts and graphics. You'll be using Canva, Youtube, Squarespace for the website and KVCore for CRM. We'll be in touch every day. Best if you use Apple products so we can share Notes, but we can use something different if we need to.

Video editing
Create videos for
Land listings by editing in CANVA the footage I send, using a template we create to be used on Youtube to promote area, and listings - generally raw land.
Upload professional videos to Youtube for homes listed or large tracts of land
Assist in editing and creating YouTube content relevant to Real Estate and the North Georgia area, mortgages, investments
Promote these videos on Facebook/Instagram/reels
I have a goal of increasing my subscribers this year to 2,000 - See my Youtube channel. Upgrade to see actual info

Weekly post on Instagram/Facebook optimize back end, connect to public through social engagement

Monthly Newsletter targeted to current clients and agents
Quarterly newsletter to previous clients
Maintaining client lists
Send out using KVCore
Add Newsletter to Website

Website:
Squarespace:Maintain content, update, help add VLOGS pull from Youtube and upload newsletters to site. Add relevant data to site such as events and neighborhood updates.
Blog - Once per month.

Postcards:
CANVA: Design the monthly targeted postcards, and get neighborhood addresses.

Client Data Maintenance
KVCORE: Keep clients uploaded in CRM, getting my newsletters, emails/names updated after contracts close.
