Your Role:
As the first point of contact for our families, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. Your energy, passion, and problem-solving skills will ensure our students and parents are supported in every way. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping drive satisfaction and retention with every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
Solve Problems, Fast: Parents have questions? You have solutions. Provide timely, clear, and thoughtful responses.
Collaborate Like a Pro: Work hand-in-hand with tutors and staff to create a seamless, unified experience for our families.
Monitor Attendance: Stay on top of student attendance and address absenteeism with efficiency and care.
Boost Satisfaction: Be proactive in ensuring every parent and student feels heard, supported, and satisfied.
