Location: Remote (Must be available during EST business hours)
Compensation: Base pay + commission for each secured business deal
Hours: Full-time

About StressKnot NYC:
StressKnotNYC is a premier mobile massage therapy service dedicated to providing stress relief and relaxation to the overworked and overwhelmed New Yorkers. We specialize in personalized massage therapy at clients' homes, hotels, and offices. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business growth, secure corporate partnerships, and expand our reach in the wellness industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients (corporate wellness programs, hotels, gyms, etc.), reaching out to them through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Nurture Relationships: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in businesses that would benefit from our services, creating opportunities for collaborations and partnerships.
Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads and set up meetings for closing deals. Track all activities and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospective clients.
Research & Market Expansion: Continuously research the market to identify new opportunities and industries that would benefit from StressKnot NYC’s services.
Collaborate with the Operations Team: Work closely with the Operations Manager and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure smooth execution of deals and fulfill client requirements effectively.
Account Management: Help maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and continued success of long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a service-based or wellness industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with business decision-makers.
Strong Sales Skills: Experience in cold calling, emailing, and meeting sales targets.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented, remote environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads, track sales activity, and provide regular updates to management.
Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in wellness, massage therapy, and helping businesses create a healthier work environment.
