IMMEDIATE HIRING: MULTIMEDIA & WEB DESIGNER (PART-TIME, OUTPUT-BASED)
Skill Level: Intermediate/Expert
Rate: $6 per hour (negotiable based on experience and skill level)
Work Setup: Output-based, part-time (flexible hours, as needed) with a minimum of 4 hours per day

Required Software Knowledge:
- Webflow & Shopify (Website design & management)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Canva (Quick design & templates)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Slack (Team communication)
- Figma (UI/UX design & wireframing)
- Notion (Project management)
- CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (For video editing, if not using Adobe Premiere)

Core Responsibilities:
1. Website Management
Design, update, and maintain websites on Webflow and Shopify.
Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading speeds, UX/UI best practices, and mobile responsiveness.
Implement SEO best practices for on-page optimization.

2. Graphic Design
Design engaging visuals for social media, website banners, ads, and marketing materials.
Develop branding assets, including logos, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
Perform photo editing and color correction using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit high-quality videos for social media, website content, and advertising.
Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.
Focus on short-form content such as Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, graphic, and video work.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output on deadlines.
- Flexible and available on a per-project basis (with potential for more regular work).
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with brand identity and social media marketing trends.
