Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (Flexible, aligned with Caribbean & Dubai operations)

About Us
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in influencer marketing, content creation (short-form & long-form), and platform management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
Plan and schedule high-performing content that aligns with company goals.
Monitor trends and optimize content strategies to increase reach and engagement.
2. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to promote
Develop influencer outreach campaigns, manage partnerships, and track performance.
Negotiate contracts and ensure partnerships align with brand messaging.
3. Content Creation & Editing
Short-Form Content: Create and edit high-quality TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that drive engagement.
Long-Form Content: Oversee the creation of YouTube videos, blog content, and in-depth social media posts.
Write compelling captions, CTAs, and descriptions that convert.
4. Social Media Management & Growth
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
Track analytics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and content performance.
Conduct A/B testing on content and ads to improve engagement and conversions.
5. Paid & Organic Growth Strategies
Oversee organic content strategies while integrating paid social media campaigns when necessary.
Work with the paid ads team to align campaigns and boost content where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in tourism, travel, or lifestyle brands.
Expertise in influencer marketing, outreach, and collaboration.
Strong skills in short-form content editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form content production.
Knowledge of all major social media platforms and best practices.
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Influencer Outreach: AspireIQ, Upfluence, or manual outreach
