About Us
We are one of Melbourne’s premier resume writing and personal branding services, helping professionals and executives stand out with career-defining resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. We focus on quality, personalisation, and results, and we’re looking for a talented Content Writer and Word Expert to support our small, but growing business.

Options of 20 or 25 hours per week depending on your background and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Resume & Cover Letter Writing

Goals: Complete documents for 5 new clients each week (1 per day) plus creating 1-2 new resources or guides each week.

Draft resumes and cover letters using ChatGPT (we provide you with all expert prompts to follow), structured templates, and all client-provided materials.
Analyse client information (old resumes, career history, achievements) and extract key content.
Format and refine documents in Microsoft Word to a high professional standard.
Proofread and edit for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Assist in creating career resources, guides, and client templates.

Other Tasks:
- Draft articles, blogs, or other career-related guides as needed.
- Contribute to updating and improving existing templates and materials, or creating new templates or customising existing templates to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with our Director for feedback and direction on content.

Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent English writing skills – clear, concise, and professional writing. Ability to follow instructions and use ChatGPT and word. We will help you to perfect your skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word expertise – formatting, layout, and editing.
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy in proofreading and consistency in formatting.
- Organised and efficient – can handle multiple documents and meet deadlines.
- Proactive learner – willing to understand different industries and client needs.
- Above all, enthusiasm and willingness to improve, learn strive for excellence.

Preferred Skills (Good to have but not a must)
- Experience with resume writing, HR, or career consulting is a plus.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and content development workflows.
- Interest in career branding and client success.
