Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain Java-based applications for our brokerage platform, focusing on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product teams, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of trading solutions.
*Design, implement, and optimize backend services for trading systems, ensuring low-latency and high-throughput.
*Participate in all stages of software development, from requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and deployment.
*Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
*Ensure the security and stability of applications by incorporating robust testing and debugging practices.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime in critical trading systems.
*Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Java development and the brokerage industry.

Required Qualifications:
*3+ years of experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
*Experience developing backend applications in Java, using frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or J2EE.
*Familiarity with financial or brokerage systems, understanding the unique needs of high-frequency trading and real-time data processing.
*Proficiency in database design and querying (SQL, NoSQL).
*Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
*Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
*Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and real-time data streaming.
*Knowledge of trading platforms or financial market protocols.
*Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
