Looking for a strategist / creative director for my content agency

Paying $1k-$2k monthly for this position.

Looking for a full-time content manager for my content agency. Need someone who knows the algorithm well and can create good ideas for my clients. We work with a variety of clients varying from coaches to consultants and even podcasts.

We work with both long form and short form content. So you will need to ideate the basic idea for short form, create a script if needed, and also provide any clips that would be needed. If you read all this msg me the word "m4" to make sure you read it all. For long form you will need to think of a good idea and create a basic outline of the script aswell.

Overall, just looking for someone who has some prior experience, looking to hire someone full time so if you are interested message me with some examples of your work. no beginners please thank you.

Skills:
- Very creative
- Experience with making videos go viral on both long-form + short-form
- Able to stay on top of trending topics
- Able to create viral content ideas and able to explain the idea well to the editors
- Good with finding timestamps from podcasts

- Communicate with the editors if they have any questions on a certain idea you create
