JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Training Project Manager to join our team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, experience supporting C-level executives, and the ability to manage and guide a team of remote employees effectively.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support remote employees to ensure efficient daily operations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
* Conduct weekly check-in calls with employees to track performance, offer support, and maintain engagement.
* Maintain regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address concerns, similar to an Account Manager role.
* Develop, organize, and maintain structured documents and training materials.
* Lead training sessions to ensure employees are well-equipped for their roles.
* Manage administrative tasks, including organizing documents, preparing reports, and overseeing operational processes.
* Work primarily during afternoon and evening hours, with flexibility to align with U.S. time zones as needed.

Requirements:
* Proven experience working remotely—this is a must.
* Strong administrative background with the ability to manage and organize complex tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, including leading training sessions, conducting employee check-ins, and engaging with clients.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to structure processes and documentation effectively.
* Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus, with the ability to interact professionally at the highest business levels.
